Athletic Trainers/Medical Insurance

There will be an athletic trainer on site during all sessions to care for all injuries. All campers must have proof of personal medical insurance and completed the Medical Treatment Authorization/Release form  found here (download complete and bring to camp). In the event of illness or injury requiring treatment, hospitalization, or surgery, family medical insurance must be used. Routine health care will be provided by the camp athletic trainer; however, staff will not dispense aspirin or other medications, unless instructed to do so. Although every attempt will be made to contact parents or guardians in case of emergency, the medical treatment authorization/release portion of the registration form must be signed to grant permission for any medical attention needed to be authorized by the camp director or athletic trainer.
